8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veritas Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veritas Bank, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Veritas Bank is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
